Buying a home is hard. Selling the home your children came home from the hospital to- where they learned to walk and ride bikes- where your family made memories- that is difficult! Deciding to move to another district- and change schools-that was stressful! Jennifer Waters- she helped make it easy. Many realtors have a view and an opinion of a home from 10,000 feet.
