It was a pleasure having Robert Sonnenberg as my realtor. Rob is friendly, upbeat, professional, and knowledgeable about the area. Communication was excellent from start to finish. He advised against buying some of the properties we looked at, and it was clear that he was acting in my best interest. Rob was very accommodating in making time to look at potential properties, and after signing the contract, he provided access to the property for contractor estimates. Before closing, he made sure I had all the necessary information in a timely manner, and after closing, he continued to follow up to make sure all was going well with my new house. I used Rob recently for both buying my new condo and selling my old house. With regards to the condo: I was looking in a specific townhome community and the market there was very tight. Rob used an innovative marketing strategy to blanket mail everyone with 2 BR condos to see if they were interested in selling or knew someone who was. The strategy worked and we had several people reach out to us and I ended up going under contract with a young couple who was thinking of listing their condo late this year but Rob's letter convinced them to sell earlier than they anticipated. I got exactly what I was looking for and I'm convinced that I would not have otherwise without Rob's assistance.
