I have been a client of State Farm for housing and auto insurance since 1977. At the time in 2024 that I began to work with Akerya Bell, an associate of Brandon Greene's State Farm agency in Forest Hills, Pittsburgh, I had six cars being driven by me and two of my grandsons. Five cars were owned by me, one by one of my grandsons. For some reason, State Farm had combined two of the cars under one policy, two under another, and I could not tell how much the insurance for an individual car was costing me. I had been working several months on the problem and it was frustrating. Within a week or so, Akerya had unraveled the confusion in the case of four of the cars that I had asked her to work on. I really appreciate her hard work and the clarity of her responses.

We were having trouble finding someone to insure our 100+ year old house in Pittsburgh, but Akerya really came through for us! We were existing State Farm customers from Texas, so they were our first choice. The initial quote was more than we really wanted to spend, but we accepted after being declined by everyone else. However, about a week later, they were able to get us a MUCH better rate (less than half the original quote AND less than for our home in Texas)! Will definitely recommend them to other folks!
