I actually asked for a link to be able to give a review of our experience selling our home with Erica as our agent. Erica responded very quickly when we contacted her she came for a meeting and gave us so much information about selling our home hi had two pages of questions and was waiting for her to give us the information before I asked them but when she finished she had answered all of my questions on my pages and more. We did not sign anything but we were given the chance to think about it and if we were ready we could contact her back. We decided to sell and we looked at other agents and it came down to her and one other. We talked with both and could tell right away that Erica was very knowledgeable not only about selling and buying houses but about the current market. Erica was always available to answer questions we had.There were several offers and she guided us through each one and allowed us to make the decision. We selected an offer and begin the process unfortunately for the buyers they had a very inexperienced agent but Erica stepped in to help the agent and guide her through the process giving her tips and how she could make things happen so the deal would go through and it would benefit all involved.
Erica is also knowledgeable in appraisals and inspections. We had a an appraisal come through very low and Erica submitted information to show why they were very low and got the appraisal corrected. I don’t know what would have happened if we had an inexperienced agent but I can only imagine that we probably would have gotten way less for our house then and what the offer was for. Erica is not only experienced and very knowledgeable but she Is honest compassionate and works at a high level of integrity. Erica had a family vacation planned before we met her an offer started coming in before the house was officially showing and Erica work diligently through her vacation. Erica goes above and beyond what she is obligated to do so that everybody involved can have the best outcome. I highly recommend Erica and her team she has done an outstanding job! I am truly thankful and blessed to know her and to have worked with her through this process!
