とにかく自分の主張を一方的に押し付けてくる。不動産業でお金を払ってくれる人に対しては丁寧に優しく接しているようだが別事業のプロジェクトとなると「納品後の返金要求」「プロジェクトの進行をわざと遅らせて相手を不快にする」などの態度が目立つ。その際に使用しているアカウントも匿名で使い捨てのアカウントを使用しいつでも逃げられる態勢を取っている。不動産業の方では丁寧な態度を心掛けお客からの評価も高いようだが、最近はかなり粗が目立つようだ。コンサルを依頼するのは控えた方がいい。

Take help me and my wife have 1st time own restaurant .He guided me since the beginning since he is very knowledgeable and answered every single question to my lack of expertise in the restaurant business. his experience as a restaurant owner is a big plus as well. Take also kept me updated with each step in the process. He was always available when I had questions.Take strongly negotiated an excellent lease for me and I have to say that I started with the right foot in this new adventure. Takenori is a very passionate and professional broker. There are many brokers out there that seem to be in the business for themselves. However, when it comes to buying and selling businesses, you want to work with someone who can really put themselves in your own shoes. Takenori is that someone with tons of experience both working as a manager for a very reputable franchise restaurant group and owning a series of successful restaurants himself. I highly recommend him.
