So, there I was, living the dream in Los Angeles with my wife, enjoying the home that Media Moussavy had helped us snag during Operation Blades of Glory—a story some of you might remember from the legendary Chapter 1 of our bromance. But life, as it tends to do, threw us a curveball: my wife was pregnant, and suddenly our cozy little home felt a bit too cozy. It was time to upsize, and who else would we call but the same guy who made our first home-buying adventure an absolute blast?

Enter Media Moussavy—again! The superhero of real estate, with his charm, wit, and that perfectly shiny bald head. This time, though, the stakes were higher: we weren’t just looking for a house; we were searching for a place where our family could grow, where our future little one could take their first steps, and where memories would be made.

But before we dive into Chapter 2 of our bromance, let me give you a quick recap. In Chapter 1, Media swooped in like a knight in shining armor and helped us find our first home during the chaos of the L.A. real estate market. After we signed on the dotted line, I jokingly told Media, “If I ever mention ‘Nest Egg,’ it means my wife is pregnant—proceed with the plan!” Little did I know that this code phrase would actually come in handy later.

Fast forward to the day I dropped the “Nest Egg” bombshell. We were in the car when I called Media and said, “Nest Egg.” Without missing a beat, he simply replied, “Understood,” and promptly hung up the phone. It was like we were secret agents executing a highly classified mission. We’d been enjoying the city life in the home Media helped us buy, but with a baby on the way, it was time for a new mission. Media was more than ready to dive back into the fray with us. He even picked us up from LAX after a trip, eager to jumpstart the house hunt once again. Talk about dedication—and possibly the most expensive Uber ride ever!

The house hunt was on, and just like before, Media was patient, kind, and above all, relentless in his pursuit of the perfect home for us. He understood what we needed before we even said it—space for a nursery, a yard for future playdates, and a neighborhood where we’d feel safe and happy. And boy, did Media deliver!

Now, let’s talk about the escrow period—where our bromance hit new heights. Imagine this: my wife looking at me, exasperated, and asking, “Are you and Media fighting like an old married couple again?” And yes, we were! We bickered, bantered, and laughed our way through the process, knowing that our goal was the same: getting us the best deal possible. And just like in Chapter 1, Media pulled through like a champ.

When we finally found the house, it felt like fate all over again. Media made sure everything was smooth sailing, from the negotiations to the paperwork, all while keeping our stress levels in check. He was more than just our realtor; he was our guide, our confidant, and our friend.

I cannot say enough about Media! We used him for the sale of our home and purchase for the new one. Selling your home can get pretty stressful, being contingent is a whole other animal. Media would call us a minimum of 3 times a week, wether a showing was scheduled or not, just to let us know that he was here, there, everywhere.
