We used the Rhodes team to sell our West Hollywood-adjacent condo and we can't say enough wonderful things about the entire experience. Ian is the consummate professional and is honest and easy to work with. He provided thoughtful feedback and realistic suggestions on how to improve our condo prior to listing. He was very clear with how the entire process worked and he walked the fine line of checking in on the prep progress without being pushy. We followed his suggestion to declutter and appreciated his staging advice as I think both contributed to the quick sale.
