I rented two creative office spaces (at separate times) at the Corporation Building (724 Spring St) in Downtown LA for my marketing company. Donegan was really helpful and got me my 13th month free on my lease, along with a free kitchenette for the space. Donegan helped my company rent a work space in Downtown LA. We needed a warehouse with an office space area for our glass wholesale and distribution company.
