So i asked some general questions regarding the platform so that I confirm it is genuine because i am just a middle class person who don’t have any single penny to waste. Instead of answering the question the guy name Carl replied that “go find some other company” which was very rude and unprofessional.
Having proper knowledge and information is everyone’s right I still apologize to him but he is very disrespectful he did not respond.
So instead of dealing with a person behaving unprofessionally and disrespectfully we better find some other good companies who provide good service and treat with respect to their clients.
After all respect is priority then any job.

I haven't tried using a service where someone else will write your CV for you, but I decided to give this one a go. I used their service to revise my CV and LinkedIn profile at the same time, as it's been years since I last updated my CV and I did not really like the previous format of my CV. It somehow felt like I did not know where to start, especially with a format that will make my CV adapt to where I am and what I like to transform it into a modern CV template.

They are responsive to messages and emails and responded to my requests for revisions, which shows the customer service has been nothing short of excellent. They even called me to clarify some information before they started revising my CV.

The content of my CV is good. It's relevant, contains industry-specific keywords, and addresses my needs. The turn-around time was also good, especially if you're in a rush to have a decent CV to go out there for job applications.

The overall experience could be a little bit better if they provided proof that the revised CV was subjected to an ATS resume scan to confirm that it is ATS-compliant, as stated in their package. A revised CV in various format options (at least two) would also be beneficial so that the customer could select. Lastly, the formatting could use improvement to give a clearer presentation of the content because in my work experience section, they have written headings and information in bullets (btw, all the information came from me, which is exactly what he used in the CV; he only added a very few wordings). I know I sound a little bit obsessed about mistakes, but my expectations were just too high; in fact, I spent $85 on this.

Nevertheless, I hope my constructive feedback will make their service better in the future.
