I worked for PCG in March of 2021-March 2022… now that I work at another job, I’ve realized how unorganized/unprofessional/disconnected this company is to its employees. But why I really have a problem with is them not sending my taxes and it’s the middle of February!! Last year when I filed my taxes, I had to go through Paycom however since it’s been a year that I haven’t worked for them, I need to contact their HR which as soon as you call the number it automatically goes to voicemail telling you to provide a number and a brief summary of what I need and they’ll call back.. I’ve done this twice and have never received a call nor a voice message saying they’ve tried to reach out. I know that there are other ways to get my tax information but they are LEGALLY responsible for giving me my taxes.. all in all if you want to work for this company be prepared for unprofessionally/unorganization/carelessness of employees well-being to the company and finding out things for yourself when working for the job. I will be contacting the IRS so they’re aware of my situation.

How wonderful. Sounds like I dodged a bullet working for an unethical, low-end, prehistoric company, seeing these 'raving' reviews. The hiring team seems very back-woodsy and wouldn't want to work with you, if you hold a higher degree (Masters, etc) or higher level of experience than their team and their leaders. One would assume due to job securities and their personal insecurities. Perhaps a superiority complex. Are we over-qualified or are your people under-qualified? Hmm. Enjoy.

Unorganized, and do not know what is going on half the time with positions that they’re hiring for. Definitely could use new management and maybe even new recruiters who know what they’re talking about when hiring for a position. They just laid off a bunch of employees in there Maywood office unfortunately. Best of luck to them all!

I did the monger of the training with them in November. I got the flu the first week of December, the week I was supposed to go “live.” Mind you, I had already been sick all of November and had not been able to get well leading into November and December when I got the flu, and the symptoms kept getting worse. I needed to take the first two weeks of December because I couldn’t talk. My throat was very sore, and I felt like death. By the third week, when I was supposed to return after they had sent an email stating that I had been a no-call/no-show the whole time I was off, I quickly set the discrepancies straight because the team leaders were aware of the situation. I was fired on December 19th, a day before finding out I had COVid on top of already having been sick for two months. I was told by the HR person that it was personal, that it was all business because they are a business, and since they weren’t able to make money off of me, they needed to cut ties because they were losing money and they needed someone to work for them.

I'm writing this review today because I want others to know what they are signing themselves up to before working for an unprofessional company like this. (The location) Chicago Maywood IL, PCG long story short I did of month of training to only work 2 weeks LIVE on the phones as County Care Customer Care Rep, their system is old & need alot of upgrading their 3rd party is Evolent Health which is by far Very professional I work with IT department from EH they help out quick and smooth. Still til this day I have PCG equipment I've been trying to give it back since April 28th i quit April 26, 2022 Y'all they still haven't gave me my last check someone from HR name DEE is unprofessional and phony as heck as well as Katrina and Briana Mathis which was my team lead. When you know your worth as employee you would have better opportunities coming your way. I'm currently still working from home with a company that is way more Professional than PCG btw i spoke to someone from EH she mention this beyond unacceptable for me to be going thru this so i hope EH end their contract with PCG alot of ppl in my training had Quit as well not just me so that alone says alot. Good Luck but don't do it You will regret turning other jobs down for them. Not worth it
