I have been attempting to rollover a 403b account from two former employers now for over 3 months. AG Financial has made this process nearly impossible. They have failed to follow my directions as well as written directions from the company I’m trying to invest the funds into. I have filed complaints with the BBB and MO Attorney General’s office. Do NOT put your money here. They are clearly not a Godly institution!

Run. Do not have anything to do with these people.

They're of middling competence when you have money invested with them, because they're basically just a pass-through entity. You can find better elsewhere.

However, at the point you want to take any of your money out, they will use every trick to hold on to it, with an endless array of forms that need to be filled, signed and certified in *just* the right way.

They will feed you excuses that, sure, the form you filled out last time last time took care of the problem they told you about, but now there's *another* form that's needed for some other step in the process... and of course, they couldn't just let you fax anything in, everything has to be a physical copy, adding a few more days at every step.

They seem to think that they're doing God's work, and well, that means God will forgive them their sins, right?
