Dr. Shaikh is fantastic, very caring and kind, thoroughly explains her thought process when diagnosing and treating you. I really liked her. Unfortunately, her office staff is incompetent and I frequently ran into issues with them. They would schedule, reschedule and cancel appointments without my knowledge then charge me late/no show fees. I had insurance on file from the beginning then one day received a $300+ bill from them and their reasoning was that I didn’t have insurance so the payments had piled up. I went back and forth with their billing department regarding this, never received a call back, requested to speak with a supervisor, was promised a call back that same day which never came. I got tired of fighting with them and just let them have the money, and never rescheduled again.

Initially had my first appointment on October 6th. This was to treat my anxiety/panic disorder and PTSD. I was on a medication that really wasn't working for me and wanted to explore other options that would help more with my diagnosis. I ended up seeing Seher Shaikh, who is a Physician Assistant in Kissimmee, Florida area, but also does telehealth. I would say she is friendly in the beginning but after the first session I felt like I was back in graduate school getting lectured about the dangers of medication that I have been on for years. Would I recommend her to friends or family? Probably not. I really just think she is like most doctors and that's making sure they get that $$$$$$$$$$! My psychiatrist now is amazing and works with all my doctors to find the best treatment that works for me. I'm tired of being judged for being on Suboxone. I have been clean for many years but even this Doctor judged me on being on it, well she isn't even a doctor. She is a PA.

The best psychiatrist I’ve ever had (and I’ve had many). She takes her time and explains all of the medicine to you and your treatment plan. In my case I suffer from migraines, fibromyalgia, sleep issues and depression so she helped create a customized mix of meds for females with these issues. I don’t ever want to see another psychiatrist again - I love her!

Horrible! Absolutely ridiculous and incompetent staff. Never made it to the Dr. had to fill out intake forms over and over and they said the never received them. Then some story about it taking days to get?!?! I asked when my daughter would be graced with the presence of the Dr., and was told that he does not have to speak to me as I’m not being nice! Then he hung up on me! I had missed the opportunity to work to make sure my daughter was at this apt. (I’m self employed). We met with the Dr a few years ago and I really liked her, so we were going back. Unfortunately I couldn’t get to her due to her incompetent staff. Sad situation.
