We’ve bought and sold 3 times in the last year — bought a property in 2021; then in summer 2022 bought another, and sold the first one. We worked with Nick for all 3 transactions.

It has been a professional and thorough experience every time. We bought our first place before we moved to Miami; and Nick went above and beyond in traveling to multiple locations FaceTime in with us, helping us understand neighborhoods and trade-offs. When we rain into underwriting confusion with the bank, Nick helped us work with the buyers to extend the closing date in a pinch.

Nick Robinson, the founder of RGL Real Estate, was the listing agent for my apartment in summer 2021. Although I already had a good set of pictures, he sent a professional photographer who took amazing HDR pictures and created an interactive walk-through, as well as a videographer who produced a nice video presentation. With these materials, Nick was able to sell my apartment to an excellent cash buyer within just a few weeks, much faster and for a better price than recent other sales in the building. In parallel to this, Nick helped me to buy a new apartment. He showed me a variety of apartments I had found on the internet, but in the end, Nick's connections enabled me to buy an unlisted apartment that had caught my eye on a real estate website a few years earlier. Without Nick, I wouldn't have been able to buy this specific unit. In addition, Nick recommended a small mortgage agency that helped me to negotiate good loan conditions at a time when the interest rates had started to go up. In summary, this was a perfect home selling and buying experience, and I would use Nick Robinson as real estate agent again and recommend him and his real estate company to all of my friends in the Miami area.
