I got connected to Lucas through a mutual contact when starting my process of looking for a condo to buy in Miami. At first I was concerned about the whole process and finding a trustworthy realtor given the fact that I was living in New Jersey at the time of shopping. The stress of having to fly back and forth and finding a realtor on the ground in Miami that I would trust and work with to have my best interest was something I was concerned about after hearing from horror stories from people and other realtors. As soon as I started working with Lucas I was immediately thrilled with his personable mentality, commitment to his appointments, and professionalism. Through all of the ups and downs, hiccups, and crazy sellers throughout the process, Lucas was the right hand man I needed. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was moving along as smoothly as it possibly could and took a tremendous amount of stress and work off my end to make the contract. In Miami specifically, some realtors don’t seem to pay the amount of attention or care to buyers that aren’t looking at high ticket properties. I was in the market for a lower price point simplistic property, and I don’t think there was a difference in the level of service I received from Gomez Iarussi Group than if I was shopping for a $3M home vs a $300,000 condo. I really cannot say enough good things. If I could give 100 stars I would! Lucas is the BEST in the Biz! There are a lot of realtors, but not a lot of true ADVISORS. Lucas puts his clients first and truly understands the South Florida market to help the clients needs/wants. I’d give 10 stars if I could.

I recently bought an apartment in Miami area with Lucas. I had many questions as a new buyer in the Florida market and didn't know who to contact for all the services you need to close on a home, or better yet who to trust and find reliable. Lucas helped me not only find competitive units, he was able to guide the whole process start to finish. He’s trustworthy, knew the market, had all the connections to help me move forward (mortgage broker, inspector, title work contacts, property managers etc) and made the buying process really easy for me.
