My wife and I had the most professional, state-of-the-art, and personally satisfying experience buying a larger condo and selling our smaller condo in our building on Rossmore Avenue in Hancock Park under the leadership and energy from Anne Loveland and her partners. She knew everything about not just this area of Los Angeles, but seemed to know the story of every unit in our specific building! She was aware that in order to buy the larger unit we had to sell our smaller one. She navigated the purchase with the right moves to avoid a bidding war, and then proceeded to stick with us closely through all of the anxiety provoking issues that clients experience while selling our old unit.
