Great store with a pet wash station, groomer, and even a few vet services (shots and fecal tests) if you go at the right times.

I have had nothing but good experience here purchasing items for my dog. They carry the Tropiiclean brand that I use for flea and Tick control and dental care. Recently purchased Quiet Moments for my dogs firework anxiety. I didn't time it quite right, but it did help a great deal once it kicked in. Staff is always helpful and knowledgeable.

We have been taking our dog here for grooming services for over a year through out the years our dogs have came back with cuts, limping, etc but we always said things happen, accidents and left it alone this past week my daughter walked in on the groomer slamming my dog on the table several times, she couldn't record because she Was shocked to what she was witnessing she rushed in there to get our dog that was shaking and scared our dog is pretty old so this makes us so sad to how many years she's been getting abuse at this grooming place, our other dog was already finished and inside a cage when they got that dog he was bleeding from his paw (meaning groomer didn't treat the cut and just put her back in the cage) groomer denied we called owner also the grooming manager, neither want to take responsibility. not asking for any compensation just want that groomer to be fired nd to never treat our precious fur babies like that.

Very friendly staff/ and extra helpful... pretty reasonable priced pet products/ foods/ treats, etc. No live animals though for sale from what I saw. They do offer grooming, and a self wash service. There is also a pet vaccine clinic, pet ( dog/ cat) clinic. May have to call for more info. They use to carry live insects, but not anymore so that's a downer, since I have to travel to another pet store for that.

I called many stores in the area nobody had cooling mats they had great one you can ice cold water to mat that big plus .

Their dog food caused our dog to get very sick and they wouldn’t exchange it for another bag even though hardly any of it was used. They didn’t seem to even care when we asked to exchange it. No way we’re shopping here again. Stick with real pet stores like patio or pet smart.

terrible pet store. we bought dog food here and our dog began having violent diarrhea. I asked to exchange it with another food and they wouldn't do it and wouldn't check the credit card to show we purchased it. terrible customer service. guy clearly didn't care that their food basically poisoned our dog.

I wanted to give this pet store my business as a local family business in my neighborhood. I brought my dog there on Thursday to get groomed. As the groomer brought him out, he was limping and the groomer specifically asked us what was wrong with our dog. We said I don’t know. He wasn’t limping when we brought him in. A lot of times dogs will be annoyed with their nails being cut or a new haircut so that’s what we assumed. Two days later he was still crying and hopping on three legs. We took him to the vet and he has a torn ACL and he is now needing surgery. It is going to cost us $5200. The vet said this injury is specific from when dogs jump from a height. As we all know groomers have tables that are very high and if they don’t secure the dog, they will jump off this is 100% the groomers fault and did not even let us know that this happened. The owner is on vacation until the 20th so I cannot tell the owner anything till then but shame on you C & C pet store.
