Terrible. As a client, the current cohort have the technical ability of a £10 Udemy course but are charged out at £400/day+. Pre pandemic they had some half decent talent but they've scaled up too quickly and have some real garbage consultants sitting around on the bench. Relationship managers couldn't care less, just interested in getting them off their payroll. Consultants couldn't care less as Kubrick treat them like trash.

Do not, under any circumstance, apply to work for Kubrick Group. They offered me a job and made me wait 1.5 years to 'start' as they kept on delaying my start date. I signed my contract and left my previous role to start here, only to terminate my, and the whole cohort's contract 6 days before the start date. They were incredibly unprofessional regarding my application with stalled updates as to why my start date got initially delayed and gave me false assurance on my start date twice. When they called to explain the contract termination, they didn't bother to check their information as they spoke to me as if I didn't even sign a contract with them; their unprofessionalism across the recruitment team and HR is abysmal. They have left many jobless and financially insecure, highly recommend skipping them out.

Complete waste of time, instead of conducting actual interviews discussing portfolios and experience for the data consultant position, they make you do this unnecessary and obscure 2 and a half hour HireVue assessment that makes you look at random shapes and see which does not belong. If you are reached out by Kubrick, please spend that time and send out 15 job applications in that time you will waste doing the assessment.

Six weeks into my training and I can honestly say I've been really enjoying it.
Kubrick training moves rapidly between different topics, but ensures we all have enough time to consolidate the learning through individual or group projects.
My favourite element so far has been the team working, with meaningful group tasks that require agile working, as well as encouraging us to carry out daily scrum meetings which foster a great sense of camaraderie.
Otherwise, training is well organised and whilst it varies based in the instructor, it all feels like it has a purpose and application within the workplace.

Seriously - Avoid.
You are offered a job, sign a contract and resign from your job, and they drop you a couple of days before you are due to start.
Not good!
