Selection is solid for teens to 30s. Many cute pieces my teen kiddos would go nuts for. Some were great homecoming options. Even a whole section of jean shorts. Prices were on the higher end. Dresses are 100+

Ok, i was not greeted. The staff was busy with college girls instead. However, i m an independent type and rather not be bothered. ?

I was surprised to see the reviews mentioning poor customer service. I have been here many times and the owner remembers me well. She has even picked out pieces she thinks I will like ahead of time that I am shown when I walk in. Sometimes I have stopped in just for a chat and had a nice time, especially since she follows up on things I mentioned weeks before.

I cherish all the pieces I've bought here and wear them regularly. Even if they are expensive, they are high quality.

Also, I can confirm c.jane is trans friendly. The owner helped me to pick out clothes post-surgery that had specific requirements free of judgement, and checked in with me to see that surgery went well. I've also brought my partner here to try on opposite gender presenting clothes and we both felt safe.

I highly recommend them 🙂

Worst customer experience I’ve ever had in a store!!

“Are you sure? The scarf is over $100”

Have you ever watched Pretty Woman? Well, you can come here if you want the shopping experience from the movie. The older woman working here was extremely rude to me. I was probably in the store a total of 3-9 minutes and ended up leaving because of this experience.

(I just wanted to preface, I was greeted when I walked in unlike some other reviews posted and I am someone who likes to shop independently. I was fully aware that this shop was more costly compared to others on the strip, and was fully prepared for that before I even walked in.)

I walked into the shop before the UTSA game since I’m in town visiting and I was looking specifically for gifts for my 16 and 19 year old girls. I figured this would be a cool and trendy shop because it was on Guadalupe street, right off campus and served specifically young women.

I was looking at a specific scarf I had seen on their Instagram and when I had asked about it, the only thing the woman working could remind me of (multiple times) was the price of the scarf! I never once asked about the price since it was clearly written on the tag and I had already seen it!

She told me that the scarf on the mannequin was the last scarf in the store and they would be restocking on Monday. Since I was leaving town on a flight the same day (Saturday), I wanted to see if I could purchase the last one on the mannequin. BUT, she made me feel like a hassle. She kind of mumbled and groaned about giving me the one on the mannequin and after that, I didn’t even want to make a purchase in the store anymore. I didn’t want to ask anymore questions for other items like some shoes because she made me feel extremely unwelcome by constant mentioning price and sizing of the garment.

I did not feel good shopping here, nor do I think anyone should give their business here. From a woman who travels often, avoid this shop at all costs. Austin was amazing and this shop was the by far, the worst part of my trip.

Came Saturday at 2:30 pm and paid $10 to park only to find the shop closed during opening hours. Saw another review said the same but I didn’t believe this could be something they do regularly! Really terrible. Will obviously never come here again.

I love boutiques. I actually didn't mind the customer service. I really dislike when people are all up in my business about buying something and hover. It was a nice change of pace. The girl who worked there kept her distance but was right there when I needed some new sizes for shoes.

I love all the brands I saw and this place is for sure one of my new go-to boutiques to shop at.

Very disappointed in the store. They have very limited hours, which I understand. I spoke to a staff member over the phone yesterday to confirm hours for Saturday. I showed up to the storefront today during their business hours and the door was locked with a sign on the door saying to call a number if it was locked. The number does not work and no one answered. This is extremely frustrating when you have to pay for parking and are looking forward to getting a few cute boutique items for an upcoming trip. This is now the second time that this has happened.

I love c.jane! I know people’s main complaints are that the clothing is too expensive, but they carry some of my favorite brands (Rails, Current/Elliott) at prices that are competitive with other stockists. They definitely don’t assign arbitrary prices and are often the best place to get higher-end, high quality pieces for a reasonable price.

Cute clothes. Very rude and pompous employees. I have shopped at many adorable boutiques with similar styles and have never encountered such rude sales women. I'm not sure if their location has them on edge but I was treated like an unwanted guest from the moment I walked in. Like I stated before, cute clothes, but it's not worth the insult to your existence. Happy shopping elsewhere!
