The word “Exceptional” wouldn’t give justice to the service provided by Adrian. I rent, and my condo was sold forcing me to move out within 15 days. This was during the Christmas / New year holiday to give context so you can imagine how challenging it was to conduct business when everyone’s with family or at leisure. Yet, Adrian was relentless in finding a new home for me within my budget and preference. Using all available resources he finalized a lease in a beautiful condo downtown within days. This process can take up to two weeks in most cases. Having a knowledgeable and reputable agent like Adrian in a time of need and chaos was invaluable. The process couldn’t have been smoother.
