I'm a complete fish when it comes to investing in real estate - I needed someone like Adriana to be there for me to ask the right questions - and she has always delivered far beyond any reasonable expectation.

She's extremely detail-oriented when necessary - she asks very specific questions that I would never think to ask - yet she also understands human psychology and how to interact with people to get her clients the best deal. I think it's rare to find someone with that combination of such a granular thought process (about stuff that truly matters) combined with a robust comprehension of the macro environment. This allows her to be an excellent negotiator.

Her promptness, responsiveness, and overall communication are absolutely outstanding. I'm not impressed by much, and I truly admire Adriana for her dedication to her craft; she obviously has a passion for what she's doing, and it shines through at all times.

But the most important trait that Adriana possess: she's trustworthy. There were times when I know she could have pushed me to take a deal, and she didn't because she was looking out for my own interests ahead of hers. That's what makes someone special, to me. She's a loyal agent, a loyal person, and now, a loyal friend.
