I’ve had 2 mammograms and a few ultrasounds done here so far. I even brought my kid once for an ultrasound. The experience with the ultrasound was very good every time. The staff very nice and pleasant.
The one star down is because on my recent mammogram the lady was not very gentle. I was in pain (the reason why I came for the mammogram to begin with) and she had a “deal with it” attitude towards me, which I didn’t appreciate. I will keep coming for all my ultrasounds needs but I might be looking for another place for my next mammogram.

Today I had an MRI appointment scheduled for 11:30 AM. Someone from the office called me to see if I could come in at 10:30 am instead. Despite arriving early at 10:00 AM to complete paperwork, I wasn’t called back until 11:15 AM to make my payment and my MRI started at 11:45 am. It was disappointing to spend over an hour waiting in the lobby when you still saw me at my scheduled time.

I suggest reviewing scheduling practices to ensure patients are seen in a timely manner, especially when they arrive early, per your request.

I went here for my first mammogram. I was a ball of nerves. I’d always heard that mammograms were painful and was not looking forward to the process, since I was already experiencing pain. I explained my anxieties to the technician and she was so explanatory and calm. She walked me through the process and helped me feel in control. She was careful and attentive and made sure I was comfortable with each adjustment. I can honestly say the procedure was not painful at all. And the cherry on top was that I asked if I could know my results in the appointment and the radiologist came in and informed me of the results right away. If you have anxiety about a mammogram, this place provided a great experience.

Service provider was great, the billing management was absolutely atrocious. They charged me full amount but then were also reimbursed from my insurance and I have spent months trying to get it back. They still say they haven't received the EOB, despite me having sent it to them weeks ago. Absolutely appalling management.

Took them 20 minutes to get me in the room even when I got there early to do paperwork. The lady that did my ultrasound was nice. I did get a bye greeting on my way out. Overall a good experience. I feel like I need to experience this business again to determine if I would recommend..

Brought my 5 year old for in X-ray for a possible broken toe. Front desk said 2-3 business days to let me know whether his toe is broke or not ? Ridiculous!!! I wish they would have been upfront from beginning about how long it would take to get the results. Completely ridiculous that there is no Doctor that could discuss the results right away, plus the wait was long. We would never go there ever again. Extremely disappointing.

A couple of weeks ago I had to do a MRI on my pelvis. I was nervous, as I have a bit of claustrophobia. As soon as I saw the machine, I wanted to run away. It was so confined the place. Mathew, who did the MRI, with and without contrast, was lovely; he was very supportive and very, very patient. Despite my best efforts, I ended up needing Rosa. I think she is the nurse. The poor nurse had to hold my hand for the last 15 minutes; this reduced my stress levels significantly. Otherwise, I would not have been able to finish the MRI. I am very, very, very grateful to both of them. No way I would have been able to survive the ordeal without them! Thank you Matthew and Rosa!!! 🙂
I highly recommend this center, particularly for MRIs!!!!!

Easy to schedule appt, tech was pleasant, caring and knowledgeable, wait time was little to none, price was affordable. However, I didn’t appreciate the trip back to get the disc. Please if ur PCP or surgeon request images do not leave without ur disc even through the new patient paperwork states the info will b fax in 2-3 days.
