The quality of service has been second to none! Stephanie has been kind, patient, super responsive, and incredibly competent as she's helped us navigate a sports-related injury. It's been a mess in a lot of ways, but she has helped us work through all of it a day at a time. The providers and the other insurance agency I've also been working with have been hard to communicate with in many ways, but Stephanie has always made sure to answer my questions fully, honestly, and with so much encouragement and positivity. It's been a stressful situation where I'm often left more anxious after communicating with an agency or provider about it, except for when I converse with Stephanie at AGA. Couldn't ask for a better experience. I feel so well taken care of and supported - so rare in these instances.
