Agence XL à fuir ! Monsieur Cyrille Salmon m'a informé avoir une offre pour une maison pour laquelle je souhaitais faire une contre-visite le même jour. ll m'a indiqué avoir eu une offre un tout petit peu en dessous du prix et a refusé que je fasse une offre au prix. Ce qui est illégal. Il a même déclaré qu'il ne prendrait pas en compte l'offre de ma banque car il faut passer par son courtier... Le message est clair !

Je suis très satisfait du travail entrepris par Mlle Chaves pour la vente de mon appartement, malgré que le marché de l'immobilier tourne au ralenti grâce à son professionnalisme, son dynamisme nous avons pu fixer le bon prix et obtenus 2 offres en 3 journées de visites. Et finalisé la vente en 4 mois.

Laurine Chaves a été à notre écoute et a su gérer ce mandat en gérant les temps faibles (visites sans suite) Elle a finalement pu vendre au prix espéré en faisant un geste sur la commission de leur agence. Le seul petit bémol (4 étoiles au lieu de 5) : un côté un peu trop "optimiste" après les visites où à 3 reprises, elle nous a promis une offre qui n'est pas venu. Agent sympathique et très professionnelle. Je recommande.
