Denny was instrumental in keeping tempers in check during a recent transaction in Georgetown. I was the listing agent and settlement was delayed twice. The lack of communication from the buyer side created a lot of anxiety for me and I feared the seller client would think I had lost control of the situation. Denny was very helpful throughout the transaction and specifically the day of the delayed closing, when he suggest a daily fee to the seller for each day settlement was delayed and promptly got addendums signed and returned to the title company.
