What a company! From the start they have been nothing but patient, courteous, and knowledgeable. They are doing quite a bit of work for me to get me up and running. Over 30 years of Real Estate and several different contact managers, Agent Elite is the only one that was concerned about my business. After posting this review, I was contacted by a supervisor and they did give me a refund. As I told her over the phone, I am updating my review.

I used this company for several years, collectively I paid them so much money between the start up and monthly fees. I captured one client through them the entire time. They never once updated my listings or sales as I had requested several times, always displaying incorrect information, I felt stuck with them. Since I travel and I am not currently selling real estate, they wouldn't even pause my website for a couple of months. When I called to cancel as I had moved on to a company that seems to be more up to date, they refused to so much as prorate my final month of service. This company is a scam, find another company that will actually help you with client acquisition and keep your listings up to date, as this one isn't it.
