Liz and Brian did an excellent job for our home sale. We do not live in the area but Liz took care of every detail thoroughly and expertly.
She gave perfect advice on how to improve the looks of the house and had the tradesmen to implement them at a reasonable price. She swept the driveway and made sure every detail was perfect before doing open houses and got the house sold at a great price and terms. She was always correct at anticipating needs and with all the paperwork, inspections and the escrow process.

How do I even start Liz knocked it out of the park. We were condo shopping on literally the hottest day of the year and she was cool, calm, and focused.
