I’ve known Alex Glaser for over 15 years, so when my wife and I decided to buy a home in Richmond, there was no question that he would be our agent. His deep knowledge of RVA made our home search so much easier. One thing I really appreciated about Alex was his patience. It’s crazy how emotional home buying can be, but Alex kept things cool like a fresh Faygo shower at a Juggalo gathering. Sometimes I would think to myself, “How is Alex doing all this stuff on his own?” Well guess what, it’s not just him, he has an amazing team there to support you as well. Shout out to Wendy his closing coordinator who was incredibly helpful keeping us on track with important dates and deadlines. If you’re looking for someone who knows Richmond and genuinely cares about his clients, Alex Glaser is your guy. Highly recommend!

From the very first phone call all the way until closing Alex was always very friendly & professional, quick to respond to all of our questions, and had a lot of great advice on what to do to help get our home prepared to sell. I worked with James and I cannot recommend him enough as a real estate agent! He went above and beyond to get us a house and he made everything as smooth as possible every step of the way. We hired James are our realtor when we bought our home in Richmond. He was a great realtor to work with - super personable, professional, and patient. He helped us greatly every step of the way. He helped us get to know the different neighborhoods of Richmond to find a place that worked well for us. He helped us figure out what we are looking for in a house. He met us to tour any houses we wanted to see. He helped us worth with the inspectors, selling agents, and lawyers and even helped up handle some difficult decision making steps during the negotiation phase. The whole process was very smooth. I would hire James again in a heartbeat.
