Salvador Dominguez was my agent when I purchased my NYC condo. He was incredible! I have purchased a dozen homes or more and found Salvador to be one of the most helpful agents I have worked with. It was mostly a remote transaction except for my 3 day visit when Salvador efficiently walked me through many properties. We were living in CA while we house hunted in NYC. Zillow connected us with Salvador Dominguez which was the best thing that could have happened. We discussed what we wanted and a few properties we liked and scheduled to fly over to NYC within a week. Salvador scheduled viewings at each the properties we selected (despite the short notice) plus one more he selected for us. With Salvador's guidance, we were able to make a decision to purchase in under two days (the property that he recommended!). The next two months were incredibly hectic as we were back in CA and purchasing a condo in NYC seems to have a set of its own rules. There were numerous unexpected setbacks, and Salvador very professionally guided us through each of them. Now we're happily living in our dream city, and we couldn't have done it without Salvador!
