This place is a COMPLETE SCAM!! . As a business owner I was so proud to be bbb accredited. But now I know I would never want to be. I called in April of to cancel due to me being sick and unable to work. The receptionist that I talked to said I’ll just put you on hold because it looks like your doing so well I said ok. Now its November. They have been taking out of my account since June. (What happened to a hold) she said I’ve been calling. how can I even answer being hospitalized. . So you take it upon yourself to just charge my bank card yourself. I’m currently still till this day not able to work ,but at least I’m home . It’s not about the money. And yes asked for a refund but not big deal. . I’ve only not worked in over 9 months. SMH. Your company cannot lie to people like that. PEOPLE KEEP YOUR MONEY !!BBB Accreditation is not worth it If they can lie like that ,then what’s the point of a so called honest accreditation. I WILL NEVER AGAIN TRUST THEM AGAIN!! If your reading this. THIS IS YOUR WARNING!!

BBB does no research into complaints prior to forcing businesses to respond to complaints that are obviously incorrect. In the complaint, it says we sold a car and repaired a wrecked one. There's no receipt. There's no specific services or amounts listed in complaint. BBB did no due diligence before sending this complaint to our business. One Way Automotive, in Amelia, Ohio doesn't sell cars or do bodywork to wrecked automobiles. We will send an INVOICE to the BBB for each time we are forced to do the legwork the BBB is too lazy to do themselves. UPDATE: Complaintant contacted me 9/30/24 @ 10:30 a.m. and apologized and told me she gave cel phone number of other shop owner to BBB and told BBB that business was not located in Amelia, OH. The business she has issue with is in Fairfield, Ohio. The BBB knew this before complaint was filed. This could have easily been corrected/avoided. BSBSBS

I was offered a free 3 month trial with HP Instant Ink. Their e-mail told me I had three months to cancel without being charged. I canceled a little over a week ago because of another issue with HP Instant Ink. Cancelling the service took me several hours because they kept running me in circles. But I finally got it done. Now they tell me that I am cancelled, but they will charge me for the first payment on October the 6th. Since I have cancelled I don't feel I owe HP Instant Ink anything.

The BBB is a non profit. It is not affiliated with any government agency. The employees are highly paid. Do not believe they will do anything other than post a complaint. They can and do defend those that pay for their rating. Being BBB rated means nothing. They wipe out any negative reviews every three years. So a BBB even, A plus rating means nothing. It simply means the consumer is not seeing the often numerous and grievous complaints filed by consumers that have been provided fraudulent services. Instead of dealing with the BBB, file lawsuits and get an attorney. The BBB will be of no help if you have an issue. They investigate nothing. They “Delete all negative Reviews!!’

If the Better Business Bureau actually ran themselves like a business and not a charity, they would get higher reviews and people would find them more relevant. This is a pay to play organization… you pay the money they give you a sticker. In the real world, real reviews are what matter there are some terrible businesses that have obtain accreditation

About 4 weeks ago, i called Thomas & galbraith to fix my AC and and up broken my furnace blower and the main blue box. My family was struggling for a month without cold air. Thomas & galbraith didn't want to offer any help. We asked for our money back, they said that they are going to give us half of the money $340 but that was a lie. Never received it. Everything is recorded.

I made cash for a mattress on May 9, 2024. Call to ask when can I p/u Jay store Manager State that I owe $120. I replied no paid in full to Jay H. Cashier who gave me a receipt for $0.00. I requested a refund as of August 5, 2024 no refund after Numerous attempts.
