After a few months of working with Bobby, my husband & I have just closed on our first house in Pittsburgh (after relocating from out of state) and this experience has been infinitely easier with Bobby in our corner. Bobby worked with our financial contact (who was also amazing, and who he recommended) to get the offer paperwork to us immediately and because of their fast teamwork, we were able to get the house that we really wanted on such short notice!
It’s also worth mentioning that we went to several open houses over the past few months, and all of the hosting realtors knew who Bobby was and they all had nothing but the best things to say about him.
Bobby is a true asset to the community and everything he does is with the best of intentions. Also, since home buying is (often) an emotional and stressful internal experience, it helps to work with someone who has a calming and empathetic approach to their relations. This was something I immediately noticed when I met Bobby, and for such a large and costly decision taking place (this is true for anxious people especially), this reassuring demeanor really helps you to feel supported during the entire home buying process.
These are just some of the reasons that I would recommend Bobby to anyone who is looking for a realtor. He is just the best!
