Brian is an amazing real estate agent whom we now call a very good friend. Brian exceeded our expectations throughout the home selling process & he is not even in our market! What do I mean by that? We had a luxury home in West Virginia, which is a hard sell(just ask the 2 previous agents we hired) in its own right, but Brian is in PA & FL. We saw the value in his Pittsburgh marketing as a listing agent & felt it was the solution to our problem. He was able to team up with a local agent & utilize all of his tools to get the job done. Something else we loved was he was always quick to answer questions via phone calls & texts from before we listed until after we closed. Brian was great to work with the negotiations and all steps it takes to sell a home. He is very professional and easy to work with. You can tell he has a ton of experience in home buying and selling in different markets. I do not recommend working with Brian. My husband and I were moving from out of state and wanted somebody to help us find a home. We were unfamiliar with Pittsburgh and we were hoping to find an agent who could help us navigate the process. He was very dismissive and acted as though he was too good for us.
