My experience with Brooksource has been nothing short of excellent. Little did I know that I would be able to get out of a role that was less desirable into a position that paid substantially more and has a way better work/life balance, all in less than a couple weeks. After getting hired, the people I worked with (Kelsey and Sam) here were quick to connect me with my new teammates and accommodate any and all concerns that I might have in my new contracting role. A few months ago I was sitting in my apartment in NYC looking for opportunities in Denver and that's when I came across Brooksource. They had posted a job that I thought suited me well, so I applied. Quickly after that, I was contact by Ryan Christianson, a recruiter from Brooksource. He set up an interview for the position and by the end of the week I had officially accepted the offer for a new job. Throughout the process of relocating to a new city and acclimating to a new work environment, Ryan was always available to communicate and answer any questions I might have. If you're in the market for a technical career I would 100% recommend reaching out to Brooksource! Before moving to Denver I was put in contact with Mary Blackburn by another Brooksource employee in their Louisville office. I had Skype calls with her before moving. May Blackburn is a phenomenal individual here at Brooksource. She was very helpful throughout the recruiting process and made it all very easy. From the negatives I hear about contracting/staffing companies Mary and Brooksource are the opposite of that.
