Those are the special days, which proves, there is still good humans on this earth.
I had a very bad day along being very stressed and just not feeling well.
On top, suddenly I had a flat tire. What to do in a area you dont know - just felt helpless... By chance I saw this mechanic shop in the nearby area and drove by. To make long story short:
They fixed my flat tire.
They were generous and helped me on a day and in a very difficult situation, to me, they were like angels that day.

The lady in the front was super friendly, understanding and took care of me. The mechanic did all the fixing and gave me an advise about some issues with the tire. I can only say: Great Job and well done.

I just wanted to share my gratitude and a big thank you to this shop, you guys are rare and it was very encouraging what you have done to me. THANK YOU!!!

Definetly would recommend to anyone, and will come back!!!

Very friendly staff, from office to mechanics, they worked hard to be thorough and process the vehicle for me quickly. The mechanic personally came out to meet me and give me suggestions and tips to improve reliability specific to my car outside of original intent of visit. Great personal touch. My wife’s van came out a significantly newer feeling vehicle after their suggested work! Fair, friendly and trustworthy.

I had my vehicle there to have serpentine belt and a water pump installed. Keith said it would take approximately 3 to 4 hrs. Well, two days later, I did not have my vehicle. I finally got a ride there late on the second day at 4:30 p.m. They said that they could not get the engine light to turn off. The engine light was not on when I took my car there. I said that I needed my car and left with it. Well, he said he had to order the part too get the engine light to turn off.
He charged me for the part and labor. Keith said he would take some off of the price. He never did do that. I had to take my car back to get the engine light to turn off. I will never go back there again. Keith was not honest with me. God only knows if he put in new parts. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

I brought my car in for an A/C repair. It was quick, done well, and they even put a leather part of my interior that had come apart back together. All while beating prices from other shops.

This place is awesome... I have a 2008 Jeep Wrangler.... They did an awesome job on my little red jeep... Had quite a few repairs that needed to be done and they did an awesome job. Everyone there is super nice and great to work with. thank you C Mark and crew...

Honest, fair pricing. Quality work, only fix what's really needed! Only draw back we've had was they are really busy and sometimes don't get to the job when it's scheduled.

We already gave $2000 to fix our AC. Almost $600 to bump up the freon. Now they want another $2000. Not going to happen. If they stood by their work they would fix the car the way they should have and absorb the labor cost. Just bad business! They should have said don't spend the money on the freon. Will never return! Warning to new customers.

My purpose in writing this review is to warn future customers that C Mark's has changed. My first experience with C Mark's about 6 years ago was amazing! My car was overheating and after taking it in the repair only cost me $18 for a bad cooling fan fuse. I was so amazed at how honest they were when they could have easily taken advantage of me.
Fast forward to this past Friday - The new service adviser Keith, quoted me $1,388.58 to work on my 2017 RAV4 brakes. I'm 38 years old and I've had several shops work on my vehicles over the years. I could tell right away that Keith was one of those slick service guys that thought he was talking to a guy that had zero real-world experience when it comes to car repairs. Keith said that I needed new rotors, brake pads, a brake caliper, and a brake hose. He said that I can wait a couple of months before needing the repair and that I should save my money and get another job like I was a teenage kid. I took a photo of the quote and sent it to my good friend who has lots of experience with rebuilding car engines and everything else. My friend said the quote was outrageous and he would take a look at my brakes. After looking over my RAV4 and taking it for a test drive he said that my front brake pads needed to be replaced and my front rotors may be slightly warped. All in it will only cost $210 for new front rotors and pads plus $150 for labor.
I heard later that Mark sold the shop and is now teaching mechanics at a Ft Myers high school. If you are the owner of C Mark's I would recommend hiring a Christian with integrity like Mark to run your operation before you lose all of the customers that came to know C Mark's as a trustworthy mechanic that don't take advantage of their customers.
