Cole and Scott are awesome! I hired them to grade and sod my backyard. I was able to get a quote the same day I called, and they did the entire job in 2 days that same week. Communication was clear and Cole followed up multiple times to check on progress. Definitely will continue to do business with C&S Grading!

I called for a quote and more info about excavation work in our backyard to remove a few stumps, as well as cement footers from an old playground set. Cole was responsive and professional. He was up front with all the details of what to expect. Most of all, he followed through with what he said he'd do whether it was returning a call/text or arriving on time to start the project.

Scott and team did an absolutely fabulous job. I had a massive backyard that was cleared but there was a lot of debris left back. Nothing could be done until it was graded. It seemed like a huge undertaking but Scott assured me he could take care of it. I would see the piles he was accumulating and was wondering how he’s going to manage this. He and his team had a method - could not believe I now have a beautiful flat yard that’s ready for seeding/sod. He was professional and upfront on the process. I must say - I’m impressed at how it turned out. Thanks!

Overall, I was disappointed with the job C & S did on my driveway. I paid them to deliver, spread and smooth 10 loads of asphalt millings. When it came time to smooth it, they brought a small roller because they said that the big one wasn't available. As a result, the driveway ended up being pretty lumpy. I spoke to Cole and he said that he could come back after the hurricane to touch it up if needed. When he came back, he first suggested I bring in more material, which is something I wasn't interested in doing because I already paid quite a lot for 10 loads. Besides that, a lot of the material was spread into areas that would never be driven on, like into the brush along the edge of the drive. He told me he could come back later in the week and touch it up without extra material. I never heard from him again. I get that more millings could have helped, but it was already an expensive job, some material clearly went to waste, it wasn't spread evenly, and wasn't rolled well to begin with.

Great reputable company that went above and beyond to complete the task that we agreed on. Cole at C&S had brought in dirt and filled the holes that were from wash outs on my property. I would recommend him 10/10 times to anyone needing grading services.
