We were not the highest offer but the sellers chose us, in large part, because the listing agent had worked with Catherine on another deal and knew how fabulous she is.

Even after having our offer accepted, Catherine continued to show me other properties so I had a frame of reference and better understanding of the real estate market in the San Diego metro area. These tours further solidified two things for me – first, I was purchasing the right property, and second, Catherine truly had my best interest in mind. She genuinely wanted me to feel comfortable with my decision and was very patient with all my questions and concerns. Not only was she always completely accessible via text, phone, and email, Catherine and her awesome team were constantly in touch with me to make sure we were staying on top of everything that needed to be done throughout the entire process. In the beginning… was the condo. As the only sibling in San Diego, I was the primary person tasked with selling Mom’s condo.
As with any project of this magnitude, I was committed to finding the best realtor for my family. A quick search on the internet provided me with a list of questions to ask prospective realtors. I planned to interview several and select the one I felt was most qualified. The realtors were referrals from management companies, friends, and neighbors, including past realtors I had used.
