EDIT: your reply is full of half truths. Yes we lowered the bid. The seller already wanted out at that point according to you and had signed the release.... but was that true or are you talking her into canceling the contract to try to get more money later? Wasn't it true that our original offer included made up things not really for sale (4 units not 6) and that is why we had to lower our offer. You take advantage of people!!

Save yourself the trouble and have a different realtor/brokerage represent you in buying or selling of property. Very UNPROFESSIONAL business practices. The broker/ realtor grossly misrepresented the property they where trying to sell. They refused to submit my offer until I had a paper trail (email). They wanted me to offer more, but the property ended up not even being what we originally made an offer on. They didn't even know what they were selling. The seller backed out mid contract without even fulfilling her terms of the contract. I feel like they covered for her and forced us to sign a release or continue on with the original offer for not the original description of what we offered. We had to contact our attorney multiple times during this nightmare. Was she talked into backing out to try to get more money from another buyer? Don't use this place. Any realtor can work with you on any property. DON'T USE WRIGHTS! DO NOT!

I realize it was a Saturday when we were wanting to look at this Property. When we call the office a woman answerer the phone, Can I help you, I ask if there was a realtor available to show us a property today? She replied yes Hold on while I get you someone. She said she was new their and didn't know how to transfer the calls just yet, but hold on and for the next 10 minute she ratchet jaw on and on. Never got a hold of a realtor, No one call us back, We were prepared to make an offer on this place at 17879 W Grandview Rd, We just wanted to check out the inside, That's it,
We will go back to look at this house just with another Company!

I'll take this down, Just wanted to be sure someone seen it. Turns out it was a blessing, Since we didn't get to see inside of this we bought one in Bernice, Ok Thanks for not showing this one Charlie
