Glad I came here and review are accurate! Called first and Ivette talked me through everything and I brought the 2008 Altima in the next day.

Ivette explained everything again to make sure I understood, updated me on what needed, next steps, pricing and got the AC blowing cold again.

Pricing was super fair! Customer service was an amazing and goes a long way! Highly recommended! I’ve already recommended others to come here.

Came in as a walk in just to see when I could have my car looked at. We were traveling through Florida with no air-conditioning. They moved me right in, it was an easy fix and while we waited for the part, he even fixed a small electrical issue I had. I can not say enough about the honest and integrity they have. Truly a Class act business.

I live in Jacksonville, FL and traveled to Kissimmee. My A/C went out and it was just too hot to drive around. I stopped in and spoke to Alfredo Santiago. I didn't have much time and Alfredo came to my rescue.

My Air compressor went bad and knowing I was limited on time as I agreed to the repair, Alfredo jumped right on it. He had it completely done within 2 hours (and this was a big job) and explained everything along the way, he even brought in the compressor to show me it was bad.

The professionalism and desire to help the customer in an honest and sincere way was beyond my belief, and how he adjusted his schedule to achieve my emergency .

I can't thank him enough and I highly recommend him to anyone needing an auto repair, his honestly and skill on many other things outside of A/C is bar none.

Thank you Alfredo for saving my day, God Bless you.

Honest, Fair, GREAT WORK! Can''t recommend them enough. Did my major engine repair, replace headlights and even told me I didn't need breaks when another shop swore I did.
