Absolutely a nightmarish experience. I don’t understand the positive reviews at all. While I will address the negligence and lack of professionalism through proper channels, I feel it’s in the public interest to share my concerns here for others to see. Be careful—they are not on the customer’s side - after their commission, they showed total disregard for customer interests. I had to rely on out-of-state and in-state personal real estate agent contacts to handle the post-inspection report and still on my attorney to produce my own records. Every step required prompting, resulting in a meager, unpleasant, and miserable experience. Of course, it is the customer's fault.

Escalating the matter within their branch was futile. From a poor experience with Elisabeth Kofmehl to an even worse one with her "superior", Krista Tivo, Colwell Banker demonstrated consistent incompetence. We continue to deal with post-transaction issues due to their negligence, disregard for standard processes, and lack of courteous advice. For example, they suggested we close before receiving our formal corrective paperwork, among a long list of other complications and fasle claims.

My advice: be careful with this branch. It seems to be a problem from the bottom up.

My interactions with Ashleigh Mitchell at Coldwell Banker Realty have been nothing short of a nightmare, resulting in significant financial loss, a missed opportunity for a dream home, and a colossal waste of my time.

Right from the start, it was evident that Ashleigh Mitchell lacked the competence needed for their role. Their failure to comprehend my needs, coupled with an astonishing indifference to my concerns, set off a series of unfortunate events. I embarked on this journey with hope, envisioning a new home, but Ashleigh Mitchell and Coldwell Banker Realty's incompetence shattered that hope.

What's even more alarming is that when I sought help from their supervisor at Coldwell Banker Realty, I was met with the same dismissive attitude. They too ignored my pleas for assistance, adding insult to injury. It's evident that neither Ashleigh Mitchell nor Coldwell Banker Realty are willing to take responsibility for their actions, let alone admit their fault.

To those considering Ashleigh Mitchell at Coldwell Banker Realty for their real estate needs, please be warned. Their inability to fulfill their responsibilities, coupled with their shocking disregard for accountability, has left me deeply disillusioned. I share my experience in the hopes that others won't have to endure the same frustration, disappointment, and financial loss that I have.

I had a nightmare of an experience working with Lisa Peters, a rental agent working here. My husband and I relocated to the area and were looking for a rental. We signed a lease agreement for a home that she showed us and everything unraveled very quickly due to her lack of communication and transparency. We ended up loosing the rental after providing her with our security deposit and first months rent because the rental property owner decided to pull out of the lease at the last minute due to shady reasons. We followed Lisa's instructions to a "T" and we were left exploited. Not only were we left without a home to move into with only a couple weeks before we had to find a place, she's kept our security deposit and has not provided any info on when we will receive our deposit. I WILL NEVER work with Coldwell Banker or Lisa Peters. They are crooks!!!!

I highly recommend calling Karen Huebner of Coldwell Banker if you are looking to buy or sell a home! Karen is a great lady, and really knows her stuff and will get you results when you are looking to sell, and the perfect home if you are looking to guy! Picking the right realtor is a tricky business! Leave it up to Karen and rest assured you are in good hands!

Unfortunately John Clay was not professional, nor did he fulfill his duties as a relator for us. It was our third home sale, and we were left baffled by the poor service lack of respect and downright negligence he brought to the table. We do not blame Coldwell Banker as a whole but wish they would have assisted John and his lack of abilities.
