My name is Kelly S. King, owner of Kitchens Redefined. We specialize in Kitchen Cabinet Refinish and Reface projects with a small emphasis on complete gut and remodel. When COVID first struck our company, I thought it was the end of the world, but in fact the next few years were crazy growth years. The growth was great, but not sure there was any real money in it, our top line grew, but gross margins slipped, net profit slipped and systems were just night what they needed to be. Without getting into the details, I started looking for someone to help our business through some situations that came from the rapid growth. Understand that I had built a business for many years and felt like we were really dialed on how to run a business from all above accounts, yet somehow we were just not dialed in.
I contacted Bryan at Construction Consulting after I had heard him speak on a construction call as during that call I got the vibe that he may be more in tune with our construction business model. I purchases his course the Build and Profit System with the expectation that there may be a few gold nuggets I could get out of it, but the reality is that the whole program made me really think hard about each part of my business. When you think you know it all after being a veteran in business for years, I was just not expecting so much great information. Between the videos and my talks over slack with Bryan, we implemented many things ,some simple and some more complex, but it helped push us back up in the right direction. Bryan is the real deal, not a hype coach, but a reality coach, and fluff is not a help to any business, but getting right into brass tacks about you business and direct solid dialed in information is what you get with Bryan and his Construction Consulting. I highly recommend his videos and consulting, rather than saying it is top notch I would rather say it is dialed in to get you to where you need to go.

For me seeing another built out spreadsheet is the best way of communicating idea's.
