The receptionist was super polite and very helpful. The consultant was incredibly rude in terms of not understanding the case, and not giving a chance to speak. Started giving rubbish solutions before even understanding the situation. When confronted on the actual rules of a Nova Scotia PNP "draw," he disconnected the call. 5 stars for the receptionist, 0 for the consultant.
