Very unhappy with the outcome. This was my first visit to this office. My appointment was scheduled at 7:30am. Which was great especially that I’m in the medical field and office appointments usually, sometimes don’t start until or after 8am. I was running late due to multiple car accidents and tried to call the office to advise that I would be running late and was advised that they are closed. I tried called the customer service or call center line and stated that would not be opened until 8am. I arrived at my appointment around 7:56am, with 2 patients in the waiting area. I usually have seen a waiting room full before but again, there were only 2 patients in the waiting. I went to check in, explained the reason with the front desk regarding being late, instead of saying it’s going to be a little of a wait time, without checking with the provider she decided to reschedule my appointment. Very upsetting because I drove about an hour drive maybe more for this appointment to be turned away. I work in the medical field and we have worked in patients even being late over 2 hours and have worked them in with the explanation that is going to be a wait time. I was just seen in the emergency room regarding due to an infection and was advised to do a follow up with my primary care physician. I guess the care for patients in this office is not the main focus or priority. I hope that I don’t get charged for my office visit or cancellation fee when I was there. O star for me to be honest.

I seen Emma today after being in search for a new PCP and she was great! Listened to everything I had to say and I feel we are both on the same page about my wishes!
