The property mgmt is an absolute joke. The do not fix the REAL problems. DO NOT MOVE HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT. It is unfortunate that I have to put 1 star because this place is not even deserving of that. DO BETTER EYAL AND AMIR. Get your professionalism back you're embarrassing yourselves.

Great until the well started going out at my house in North Port. Then the microwave. Nothing fixed. The well is intermittently going on and off and between G &E and Gator Water who can't fix anything nothing is being done.

Microwave has been out for 2 weeks and no answer.

Great place if you never need anything fixed...they want you to make the calls but then you can't make a decision to get it fixed.

I'm new to Florida and my family and I are currently looking for a place. I got in contact with this Realtor named Cari Fernandez that works for G&E Realty. From the very beginning of us communicating she was very pushy. I didn't think anything of it so we continued to deal with her. I should have listened to my husband and left her alone but she talked a good game of lies that she advertises. She advertises that she will negotiate for you regardless of credit and other things. I sent her all the information she requested and she would text me and ask for the same thing I had already sent her saying she didn't have time to look in her emails and complaining about how she was swamped with work. I'm thinking to myself this us your job and apparently she wasn't organized. She showed us one property out of all the other properties I sent her and she hounded me by texting me to get that place I said no I wanted to see more because we wanted options. She set up another showing and then later that day I got a text message saying don't text me no more !! I was shocked at the way a supposedly professional Realtor was handling business. She invited me to follow her Facebook so I did before all this happened and I seen her posting mean things on social media about renters and other people. I was shocked and upset . If this had been my company it's no way she would representing my company with that type attitude. I do have my text she sent me and everything she posted on Facebook. She texted me constantly and I felt like I had to do her leg work because she was unorganized and to busy to do her job . G& E Realty watch who hire to represent your business and name. I would really like too talk to the owner and tell him and show him my text and the things she posted on social media.

Great listing and seems to be a great company, but customer service from a realtor by the name of Amir Baron is extremely terrible very non responsive when speaking with him and knows nothing about listing the company he works with has posted.
