Finding a real estate agent is not easy but I can honestly not say enough for the stellar experience by Rich and his team. Our house went on the market Thursday night, The buyers real estate agent showed up to our house Friday morning at 9 AM and by Saturday we excepted the offer. I was able to work directly with Rich under extremely difficult circumstances, dear friend of mine passed away unexpectedly, left me all the responsibilities revolving around the estate and never was told. Having to handle so many things as well as being out of state ok top of it all, Rich assisted me with the home listing process, offer acceptance and closing but that’s not the only story. Rich took the time to help me with a few things completely outside of the home sale process and that to me speaks volumes about the person, he told me early on “Joe I will be the eyes and ears locally for you just say the word and I will help” and I am telling you all he did that and more. Thank you to Rich for helping me along the way, the team for making entire process go smoothly if I could give a 10 star rating I would. Rich went out of his way to stay in contact with me even when he was on vacation out of the country, took some donations to goodwill for me when I was overwhelmed and running short on time and also took some very personal photographs and had them well packed and shipped directly to my home in Wisconsin - I give the highest recommendation to Rich and his team for anyone looking to sell or purchase a home, he cared and I appreciate it - Thank you so much

Brynsen is the best! He went above and beyond for me with the purchase of my new Florida home! He communicated the entire process and responded to my many questions night and day at all times. Not only that but at our final walkthrough there was debris left in the backyard, he came back early the next morning in his personal vehicle and took care of it.
