In addition to never picking up the phone. The office also repeatedly does not return phone calls (two messages). The last phone call, I spoke directly to an employee who promised to call us back; but after a week went by, nothing.

After finally figuring that they are obviously not going to call me back, I called them, and subsequently pleading our case, the office ultimately refused to budge on their "virtual first time" office visit policy.

Even when we implored and explained that my oxygen levels were at 76 (dangerous for me as oxygen levels should be 90+) and I was referred to this office by another doctor, whom already saw me in person. We kindly explained that placing me in a virtual appointment was not only not going to help me, but keep me unnecessarily without proper oxygen levels for a longer period of time. Regardless of the danger I was in and how cordial my wife and I were, the office would not budge.

I had no choice but to cancel my appointment with them. I didn't want to do this because again I am not breathing properly and this office has already wasted nearly 2 weeks of my time. Luckily I was able to make another appointment with another doctor that was sooner and in person.

This office sadly, placed their non wavering policy above my safety.

Very annoyed with this place. I called to have an urgent appointment made for my 3 month old and they at first found me an appointment that was as soon as possible, I was extremely happy to get my daughter in to be seen immediately, so I called the other place I had my daughter set up with and canceled with them. A few hours later I get a call from someone at this office stating that this doctor does not see children 3 months old. Now I’m not happy at all because I already cancled my other appointment with someone else and now I cannot get an appointment for my daughter to see, as this is urgent. DON’T MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR SOMEONE IF YOU CANNOT EVEN ACCEPT THEM.

Took my Mom to see Dr. Flowers, I was happy to not have to sit and wait forever and to meet such a pleasant and professional Dr. Very patient, kind and explained everything in Spanish and English. I will definitely consider going to him and recommend him. Thank you Dr. Flowers

Called to make an appointment after I received a referral from my primary care physician. The woman on the phone asked me for information off my insurance card. I tried to read the information off to her the best I could and I told her I am visually impaired. She was very impatient and tried to rush me off the phone. I eventually hung up. Now I have to go back to my primary care doctor to get another referral.

Can't speak about the Drs really. Saw the Dr once then was scheduled for a few weeks later at there main office with a written appointment card of 2:40. The main office is 1hr from my house, I got there at 2:35 and was turned away. Said I had to be there at least 30 mins before. They don't care about there patients and act like a airline overbooking appointments expecting no shows. When all show up they can't service everyone and start canceling. Worst practice ever and wouldn't trust my health with this kind of business practice. Thanks to them Ive been suffering for weeks all for nothing..

Visit was horrible. I came in the with a clogged ear - which was resolved. Only positive. However, thereafter, Dr. recommended 3 more visits including an MRI, Nasal Surgery, and allergy test..Nothing was and nothing is wrong with my sinuses. Ended up getting a second opinion and found out that this facility is just trying to make money off of its patients. Unethical and very dissatisfied with the service and level of expertise. I would not recommend this facility.

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Fadhli. However, I have spent the past three weeks waiting for someone to call to schedule the surgery he told me I needed to have ASAP. I have called numerous times and the front desk sends me to a voicemail of the office manager who has never called me back. The one time I actually spoke to a person, she took my phone number and "said" she would call me back, but never did. It seems my only course of action is to get a referral to another doctor to get this important surgery I need to breathe. It really is a shame, because Dr. Fadhli is the first doctor I have been to who was completely thorough and didn't make me feel rushed.

Dr Fadhli. Did an amazing job! This has been a life changing surgery. No more congestion or chronic sinusitis. The recovery was relatively quick. Dr Flowers is always a pleasure to see he does a great job during the procedure and explaining the process and what I can expect after the appointment. Would recommend them to anyone!
