This is not your typical coaching program. There are a lot of coaching companies out there. Most seem to be run by people that haven't been active in the market for years...or decades. Keri, Dan and their entire team are amazing. We run an awesome team but really wanted help growing. After seeing what they have done with their own business and getting a peek into how they run things I could't say no. I've been in the VIP Elite program for a year and have a contract for another year in place. We're taking huge strides in hiring, training, conversion and mindset. With help from the HyperFast team we've made plans to hit 300 transactions in 2021. These guys are the real deal.

I've read Dan's book, The HyperLocal, HyperFast Real Estate Agent. I've seen what he and Keri have done with real estate in the DMV and am impressed about all the value they are now bringing to other real estate agents. In an industry flooded with "coaches" that have not done, or have not recently done, what they coach it is refreshing to see people who are selling at the highest level teaching others. I also enjoy learning, through their daily posts, about how to market more effectively.

HyperFast training is a must have training for all realtors. Whether you’re just starting out or a seasoned professional. I wish I had this knowledge and training back when I first started in real estate.

• Sounds simple but who you have around you is essential to your success... There is so much knowledge on this team it’s incredible and I love it.
• Never stop learning ... read... find a mentor or someone doing what you want to do and learn.
•Study...you have to know your stuff there are no shortcuts

I would love to see you do a Master Class for realtors. Could be about something as simple as keeping a database some realtors don’t understand that ... Classes would be more on the psychological side of business and relationships. ... nothing related to required CE courses.
