I would highly recommend Julian and his team to help you buy or sell your home! The worst experience I've ever had with property dealing! Very underhanded activities, corruption...and side note... JJ has very bad halitosis! Very uncomfortable smell. Not good all around!

I had an amazing experience with Julian selling and buying my new home. I am saddened to see what’s obviously someone’s nefarious intent to cause him harm via fake negative reviews. Takes one very bratty customer I guess. Julian went out of his way for me on every level and sold my house at record time for record price. I couldn’t be happier. If you are considering working with him, look up his sales volume ranks every year. He can’t achieve that level of success if he wasn’t as great as I’m telling you he is! He has my business and I will confidently refer him to my dear friends and family. Thanks Julian!

Worst experience with the team. When they want something from you, they are pushy, when it is about them providing a service to you that they dont benefit, they really dont care and make costly mistakes. DO NOT WORK with them if you can avoid it
