We recently bought a waterfront condominium apartment on Miami Beach, and Kenny was our broker. He did a great job. And he ALWAYS picks up the phone when you want to talk to him (this is particularly valuable when you start negotiations and it gets a bit stressful). He's been through the drill many many times, and we felt in good hands under his guidance through the bidding, the negotiation, the inspection and the closing process. He's also a nice guy, and good company. My wife and I are very satisfied customers.
