Working with Luca and Vinh at Level Studio to design my therapy practice was an incredible experience. From the beginning, their warm, welcoming, and highly organized approach made what initially felt overwhelming into an exciting and manageable process.

I was struggling with all the decisions that come with starting a practice, but Level Studio helped bring my vision to life. Their mockups and 3D images made it easy to visualize the space, and the presentations they prepared were well-organized and simple to reference throughout the project.

We have worked with a number of very good and well known builders and designers in Canada and the US, and Level Studio is absolutely outstanding. My husband and I purchased a condo as a “pied à terre” for the two of us, and it needed renovations, design and furnishing, but we live in another city. After searching, we found Luca and Vinh and from day 1 they were so responsive. I called them over the holidays, before we had even bought a place, and they got right back to me with great advice on the condo market, what to look for, etc. They gave me numerous references, all of which basically told us not to hesitate working with them. And I see why. They had a key to our place, engaged with us both live and remotely, did an amazing design in close collaboration with us, then proceeded to take care of everything, from engaging the condo board, sourcing all materials and workmanship, even being at our place for things like TV deliveries. And, they are exceptionally kind and caring people. The combination of design creativity, implementation perfection, budget management, time management and genuinely caring customer service was the best we have ever experienced.

My wife and I had trouble retrofitting our parent's basement for quite sometime until we found Level Studio who were local interior designers in Vaughan. We reached out to them to help us design a functional space that offered privacy for us and could be large enough for family gatherings. Luca & Vinh are a great team as they came in for an initial design consultation and played out some possibilities. We carried through with their design phase and loved everything that they presented us. We definitely learned the importance and value of having a solid game plan during the design phase prior to purchasing anything or beginning the renovation. They were able to capture our vision, needs and wants and their implementation was fantastic. They project managed the entire scope and were easy to work with. Their contracting team were professional and great to have on this project as Luca and Vinh were able to be there every step of the way ensuring quality and make sure things goes to plan.

After a pretty exhaustive search we ended up hiring Level Studio for our family room renovation, powder room remodeling and first floor painting job, and we are so happy we did. Luca and Vinh have been amazing to work with. As a full service design firm, they took out all of the complexities of managing the different pieces and trades associated with our remodeling. They were professional, attentive, creative and did an excellent job of communicating project status. We had some general sense of what we wanted to do but found it a bit challenging to be very descriptive of our vision. Luca and Vinh were patient and able to tease it out and put our vision in motion. All the trades they hired came as scheduled, did their work professionally and left our space tidy. We had some delays in getting furniture and some pieces due to COVID. Luca and Vinh kept us well informed and up to date on everything. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. We plan on using them again in future projects and would recommend Level Studio to anyone.
