We hired Lexidy to help us apply for our French working visas. They were expensive but we understood them to be the best. I had to chase them repeatedly for updates throughout our application. This added immensely to the stress of applying for our visas and in the end culminated in travelling from France to the visa centre in Edinburgh without any of our documents from Lexidy. I emailed and received an out of office reply which I was alarmed by. I thereafter had to call and ask them to send the documents as we were only hours away from our appointment!! When the documents were finally sent, there were errors and discrepancies in them I had to sort out. Thankfully we stayed with my sister who had a printer. Had we stayed in a hotel, we would have been unable to print our documents ahead of our appointment. Thankfully, we were successful in our application but I would advise others in our situation to LOOK ELSEWHERE. Lexidy treated our application as a non-priority once we paid the £5000.00. We sent an email complaining about the treatment we received only to be told they wouldn't be willing to offer any compensation and they accepted zero responsibility for the stress they caused or the errors in our documents. Shocking customer service. Avoid!

Deciding to hire Lexidy was a decision we would never regret. Gergana and the Lexidy team provided us great service bar to none. The lawyers at Lexidy Law Boutique were extremely helpful in guiding me through the process of applying for my French 10 year residency card. France is known for their complicated application process, but Lexidy clarified each step for me. Even though I don't speak the French language I was informed by Eva Novoa Andino, my lawyer at Lexidy, that for someone over 65 years old knowing the French language was not required. Eva answered all of my questions in a timely and thorough manner.
