I am writing to express my deep concerns and disappointment regarding the recent experience I had with your office, particularly with Christina, on January 11, 2024.

I have been a loyal patient of your office since the beginning of my pregnancy. My initial decision to choose your office was influenced by the fact that my original doctor exclusively delivers at St. Joseph’s Women's Center, a facility where I had previously encountered a distressing experience. Despite some initial reservations about your office, I continued my appointments here.

Yesterday, January 10, 2024, I reached out through the patient portal to inform the office about my hospitalization in the ICU. I kept my message concise, expressing my need to schedule an appointment. Unfortunately, the response I received today from Christina left me deeply disheartened.

As a high-risk patient, I expected a certain level of compassion and understanding. However, Christina seemed more concerned about a policy related to missing appointments than my recent health crisis. I've missed appointments twice, both instances being due to hospitalizations – circumstances beyond my control.

In the midst of recovering from a life-threatening situation, this encounter has added unnecessary stress. I am hopeful that my concerns will be taken seriously, and I kindly request a prompt response and resolution to this matter.

Would not go back here ever. Had some very concerning medical issues that the doctor blew off completely and told me it is because I am slightly overweight. Very upsetting when a doctor isn’t willing to investigate and blows it off. Also the office does not let children come with you which is messed up for a gyno, who I would think would understand stay at home moms. Not sure how she got good reviews. She acted like I was not worth her time.

Dr.Rotundo is an angel sent on earth! She is so kind, caring, informative, professional, and so knowledgeable! I saw her several times for my second pregnancy. She never tried to rush me out, always taking the time to answer all of my questions or concerns, (and trust me, I had a LOT.) She helped me understand the risks of delivering a big baby and helped me to make the right decision. She performed my C-Section, quickly and easily without complications & I healed beautifully! The best thing about Dr.Rotundo is that she CARES and you can see it. She was the ONLY doctor from Women’s Care that helped me up from the examination bed, and she did it at EVERY appointment! If you’ve ever been pregnant, you know how hard it is to get up on your own! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr.Rotundo to anyone and everyone, and will surely do it any chance I have! Thank you Dr.Rotundo!

Dr. Rotundo is truly amazing! When I was going into surgery which would later be the loss of a pregnancy she calmed me prior to surgery by holding my hand and telling me it would be ok. She currently sees my oldest daughter and has been FANTASTIC! You can really tell she loves her job.

I’ve been going here for yrs. I sometimes wait a little longer then I would like but for the amazing care that I get it’s all worth it. They truly take time to understand if you have an issue going on. I had an extremely tough and complicated pregnancy but with this group they made it go so much more smoothly.
